You will learn simple meditation techniques for beginners to help with:addressing self-healing of the physical body

- Tools to help incorporate meditation in your daily lives to find balance and relieve stress
You will also be provided with specific tools and techniques to help enhance your meditative practice using diet, herbs, and lifestyle changes.
