Dr. Nadia Saleem is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a clinical focus on hormone health, longevity, and health optimization. She specializes in supporting women through the complex transitions of perimenopause and menopause, while also working with motivated men and women seeking to prevent disease, optimize vitality, and age well.

With a strong foundation in biological sciences and a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Saleem combines functional medicine principles with evidence-based therapies—including Menopausal Hormone Therapy , IV nutreint therapy , and targeted lifestyle interventions.

Dr. Parya Bahrampour is a distinguished, board-certified naturopathic doctor specializing in women’s health, hormonal imbalances, digestive health, and comprehensive wellness. Her journey into the field of naturopathic medicine was fueled by her profound passion for helping individuals and supporting her loved ones through health challenges. This dedication to holistic care is the cornerstone of her professional ethos.

Dr. Bahrampour holds a Doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her academic foundation is further bolstered by a Bachelor’s (B.Sc) and a Master’s (M.Sc) in Kinesiology from York University. During her education, she undertook internships where she focused on fibromyalgia and treated numerous patients with a variety of concerns, including Parkinson’s disease and hormonal issues. These experiences have provided her with valuable insights into the interconnectedness of lifestyle, nutrition, and overall well-being.

In her practice, Dr. Bahrampour has a special interest in women’s health, addressing hormonal imbalances such as menstrual irregularities, PCOS, fibroids, infertility, and menopause/perimenopause. She also offers comprehensive support for digestive health issues, including acid reflux/heartburn, food sensitivities, IBS, and IBD. Her expertise extends to managing insulin resistance, diabetes, stress, mood disorders, weight issues, fibromyalgia, fatigue, and preventive care.
