Martha Kezemidis, B.A., RP(Q), CYT,
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Martha provides a holistic form of psychotherapy, incorporating the body, mind and spirit in the process of learning to understanding ourselves. Her therapy is client-centred, believing each individual can connect to their own power to choose how to move forward in life, and liberate themselves from ways of being that are no longer working for them. Martha draws on various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic approaches, body-oriented psychotherapy, experiential therapy and hypnotherapy, while also incorporating wisdom from the traditions of mindfulness, contemplative practices, and yoga. By being present, and holding a safe and nurturing space for the individual to explore their inner world, Martha helps to guide others on their journey to a place of greater peace and harmony.
